These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of speakwithdi.com and the English-conversation coaching services offered by SpeakWithDi (“we”, “us”, “SpeakWithDi”). By creating an account, purchasing a lesson pack or session, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
SpeakWithDi offers English-conversation coaching for adults, including:
- Free Starter Packs
- Conversation Circle lesson packs (self-paced lessons with homework feedback and a group chat session)
- VIP 1:1 coaching sessions
All of our products are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, and nothing on SpeakWithDi renews or bills automatically.
Who can use SpeakWithDi
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and are charged as a one-time payment at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Lesson content and intellectual property
All lesson content, videos, worksheets, and materials provided through SpeakWithDi are owned by SpeakWithDi and are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share your access or our materials with anyone else.
Your conduct
We want SpeakWithDi to be a warm, respectful space to learn. When using our site, group chat sessions, or 1:1 calls, please treat Di and other members with courtesy. We may suspend or end access for anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or misuses the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
SpeakWithDi is an educational coaching service. While we’re committed to helping you build real confidence speaking English, we can’t guarantee specific results, as progress depends on many factors including your own practice and starting point.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakWithDi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
